around this issue You need to create Props and pass them to your component. This props should include getItms: Function. You are telling the component to render s children collection he doesn't know exist.
You can do it like so:
export interface IProps {getItems: Function, Items:any[]} //See if you can figure out the type here

export class ComponentName extends Component<IProps, {}> {
 ...rest of the code here

react-redux Unexpected Action Type Passed to React Action from React Class (Works Fine with React Component)

fixed the issue. Will look into that further The log that you saw @@router/LOCATION_CHANGE is presumably an action dispatched by the react-router.
But I see a problem with your second implementation.
export default connect(
  state => ({ app: state.get('app'), routing: state.get('routing') }),
  { changeActiveMenu }
  handleItemClick (e, { name }) {
     this.props.changeActiveMenu("primary", name);

Multiple Redux states in a single component - Typescript, React, Redux

fixed the issue. Will look into that further During authentication I return some internal ids that need to be carried into other components throughout the users life cycle. These values are kept in the authentication state, and all other relevant component logic is kept in the resources state. , What are you expecting connect() to do here?
export default connect(
    (state: ApplicationState) => state.resources && state.authentication,
)(ResourceDisplay) as typeof ResourceDisplay;
export default connect(
    (state: ApplicationState) => { ...state.resources, ...state.authentication },
)(ResourceDisplay) as typeof ResourceDisplay;

How to run a timer in React component for 60 seconds and call a Redux action every 5 seconds

To fix this issue Window.setInterval() can be used to create intervals.
Window.clearInterval() can be used to clear intervals.
// Eg.
class Eg extends React.Component {
  // Single interval.
  singleInterval = () => {
    // Prevent duplicates.
    // Set timeout.
    const fiveSeconds = 1000 * 5
    this.timeout = new Date()*1 + fiveSeconds
    // Create Interval.
    this.interval = setInterval(() => {
      // Interval logic ..
      console.log('Single Interval: 1 second ..')
      if (new Date() > this.timeout) {

        // Interval complete.
        console.log('Interval complete.')

        // Tidy up.

    }, 1000)
  // Concurrent interval.
  concurrentInterval = () => {
    // Set timeout.
    const fiveSeconds = 1000 * 5
    const timeout = new Date()*1 + fiveSeconds
    // Create Interval.
    const ID = setInterval(() => {
      // Interval logic ..
      console.log(`Interval ${ID}`)
      if (new Date() > timeout) {

        // Interval complete.
        console.log(`${ID} complete.`)

        // Tidy up.

    }, 1000)
  // Render.
  render = () => (
      <button onClick={this.singleInterval}>Single Interval</button>
      <button onClick={this.concurrentInterval}>Concurrent Interval</button>

// Mount.
ReactDOM.render(<Eg/>, document.querySelector('#root'))
<script crossorigin src="https://unpkg.com/react@16/umd/react.development.js"></script>
<script crossorigin src="https://unpkg.com/react-dom@16/umd/react-dom.development.js"></script>
<div id="root"></div>

React Redux, my component is not connected to Redux Store. I tested the action and reducer in another component, it does

fixed the issue. Will look into that further Ok so I figured it out. I basically wrote my import wrong in my higher level App.js component, that's why it wasn't being connected. I was attempting to import a member of the MovieDetailPage named MovieDetailPage and not the default export, which was the connected component I needed. So a typo...
I had { MovieDetailPage } and it should be MovieDetailPage
