I think the issue was by ths following , Make sure you use the Stream (ie make sure you don't deliver directly to another repo workspace simulating another user)
(Note: this is entirely different in ClearCase, where the "out of sync" can happen between the configuration of an UCM view and the one of a Stream after a rebase)

wish help you to fix your issue Young can delete it, all required Libs, Apps and other stuff is now integrated in the XCode.app Package. Most of the other applications you have found in the /Developer Folder have moved to the Menu Xcode > Open Developer Tool.
Also a lot off stuff wich is not ned in first place, has been moved to the Apple Developer download portal (More developer tools under Open developer tools) and must be downloaded.

wish of those help You can use dispatch to send / fire an event for an element: element.dispatchEvent(event);. The support may vary on different browsers and versions; my demo on jsfiddle worked on chrome 65.
Given this html
<div id="menu">
  <h3>Menu</h3>
  <div>Sample to fire onmouseover using a script</div>
  <ul>
   <li>one</li>
   <li>two</li>
   <li>three</li>
  </ul>
</div>
<button onclick="simulateMouseOver()">simulate onMouseOver</button>
var menu =  document.getElementById("menu");
menu.addEventListener("mouseover", function(event){

    event.target.style.backgroundColor = "blue";
    setTimeout(function() {
      event.target.style.backgroundColor = "";
    }, 500);
}, false)();
function simulateMouseOver() {
  var listItems = document.querySelectorAll("ul li")
    var item1 = listItems.item(1);
  var event = new MouseEvent('mouseover',
       {view: window, bubbles: true, cancelable: true});

  var cancelled = !item1.dispatchEvent(event);
  if (cancelled) {
    // a handler called preventDefault.

  } else {
    // none of the handlers called preventDefault.

  }
}

With these it helps What you're looking for is a reverse-proxy. nginx would be a great fit for this. It believe it's actually what gets used by CloudFront under the covers (although you could also achieve the same with Apache). They explain how set-it up for some basic reverse-proxy scenarios here: https://www.nginx.com/resources/admin-guide/reverse-proxy/
This is really the tip of the iceberg as far as what you can do with NGINX. You have full control over the inbound and outbound headers. It's a very powerful platform.
