like below fixes the issue I haven't fount a workaround of my problem and my decision is "hand-create" the query with entity manager without specification.
final String queryString = "select distinct pos from Position pos " +
            "inner join pos.managersPositions mn " +
            "where mn.managerId = :managerId and mn.isDirect = :isDirect ";

    TypedQuery<Position> query = entityManager.createQuery(
            queryString,
            Position.class);
    query.setParameter("managerId", managerEmployeeId);
    query.setParameter("isDirect", true);
Specification.where(firstSpecification).and(secondSpecification)

hope this fix your issue You can do this with a group by. I would start by summarizing all the possible combinations for the five weeks as:
select c_201215, c_201216, c_201217, c_201218, c_201219,
       count(*) as cnt
from (select user_id,
             max(case when week_key=201215 then class_nm end) as c_201215,
             max(case when week_key=201216 then class_nm end) as c_201216,
             max(case when week_key=201217 then class_nm end) as c_201217,
             max(case when week_key=201218 then class_nm end) as c_201218,
             max(case when week_key=201219 then class_nm end) as c_201219
      from user_classification_fct  ucf
      group by user_id
     ) t
group by c_201215, c_201216, c_201217, c_201218, c_201219
select *
from ((select '201215' as weekstart, c_201215, c_201216, sum(cnt) as cnt
       from t
       group by c_201215, c_201216
      ) union all
      (select '201216', c_201216, c_201217, sum(cnt) as cnt
       from t
       group by c_201216, c_201217

      ) union all
      (select '201217', c_201217, c_201218, sum(cnt) as cnt
       from t
       group by c_201217, c_201218

      ) union all
      (select '201218', c_201218, c_201219, sum(cnt) as cnt
       from t
       group by c_201218, c_201219
      )
     ) tg
order by 1, cnt desc

To fix this issue From here:
The following requirements must be met for a Nearest Neighbor query to use a spatial index:
DECLARE @g geography;
declare @point nvarchar(50)  =''
declare @i int =0,
        @lat decimal(8,6) =0.0,
        @long decimal(8,6) =0.0,
        @start datetime = getdate()
set @lat =(select (0.9 -Rand()*1.8)*100)
set @long =(select (0.9 -Rand()*1.8)*100)
set @point = (select 'POINT('+CONVERT(varchar(10), @lat)+ '  '
             +CONVERT(varchar(10), @long)+')')
SET @g = geography::STGeomFromText(@point, 4326);

SELECT TOP 1000
    @lat,
    @long,
        @g.STDistance(st.[coord]) AS [DistanceFromPoint (in meters)]
    ,   st.[coord]
    ,   st.id
FROM    Temp st with(index([SpatialIndex_1]))
WHERE @g.STDistance(st.[coord])  IS NOT NULL
ORDER BY @g.STDistance(st.[coord]) asc

To fix this issue I think you're missing records where users have not won any games because of the first subquery limits where home_player_win = 1.
Is there any reason why this query won't work?
SELECT
Match_ID,
Home_Player_ID,
SUM(home_player_win)
FROM match
WHERE Match_ID = '56D4FF05-5F33-43FC-A566-2251E790C57F'
GROUP BY Match_ID, Home_Player_ID;

will be helpful for those in need An option with dplyr and sort can be as:
Note: One can convert the Date column to POSIXct format before grouping but I didn't notice any advantage as such.
library(dplyr)

df %>% group_by(Date) %>%
  mutate(Worst6th = sort(y)[6])

# A tibble: 32 x 7
# Groups: Date [4]
    Key Date                      y    x1    x2    x3 Worst6th

Produce all numbers that meet specific criteria

Tag : chash , By : kema

seems to work fine Try this code. It's create all numbers in a range and then shuffle it:
var validDigits = new HashSet<char> {'1', '2', '3', '4', '5'};
var numbers = Enumerable.Range(1123, 5543 - 1123 + 1)
    .Where(i => i.ToString().All(c => validDigits.Contains(c))) // only 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
    .Where(i => i.ToString().Distinct().Count() == 3) // only one repeated number
    .OrderBy(x => Guid.NewGuid()) // shuffle numbers
    .ToArray();
foreach (var number in numbers)
  Console.WriteLine(number);
