To fix the issue you can do DataFrame part: , Using pandas.Series.str.contains:
          date  power
56  21/12/2011  214.4
57  22/12/2011  215.3

Filtering data with a PHP, Jquery, AJAX form mechanism and data from Database

Tag : php , By : Adam May
Date : March 29 2020, 07:55 AM
I think the issue was by ths following , You are sending a POST request so you should use $_POST instead of $_GET. Also the value of the cuisine name when sent is s and not cuisine so it should be:
if($_POST['s'] != '') {
   $result = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM restaurants WHERE Cuisine='$cuisine' ORDER BY restaurantID");
} else {
   $result = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM restaurants ORDER BY restaurantID");

Core Data - Get objects filtering data using the exact elements of an array

Tag : objective-c , By : JSebok

this one helps. I have 3 entities: object, object_tag and tag, and i have to get just the objects matching an array of tags by its id, but not just a tag, but that exactly matches all the tags in the array. If the array has 3 tags, return all the objects that have these 3 tags and not more neither less. , The following predicate for the object entity should work:
NSArray *tagIds = @[ @1, @4, @7 ]; // Your set of tag ids
[NSPredicate predicateWithFormat:@"(object_tags.@count == %d) AND (SUBQUERY(object_tags, $x, $x.tag.id IN %@).@count == %d)",
                      tagIds.count, tagIds, tagIds.count];
[NSPredicate predicateWithFormat:@"(tags.@count == %d) AND (SUBQUERY(tags, $x, $x.id IN %@).@count == %d)",
                      tagIds.count, tagIds, tagIds.count];
[NSPredicate predicateWithFormat:@"SUBQUERY(tags, $x, $x.id IN %@).@count == %d",
                      tagIds, tagIds.count];

Telerik Ajax Binding: Fast Data filtering on previously loaded data

hop of those help? You'll have to cache your data on the server somewhere, whether that's using ASP.NET output caching, an ASP.NET state server, or a 3rd-party caching solution (like memcached). Then when you do your AJAX queries you get the data out of your cache instead of your database.

data.table: filtering out data entry errors by selectively omitting rows

Tag : r , By : Nick Coats

I hope this helps . In a project with several million rows of information, where we want to have one row per year per case under study, we discovered a data entry error so that some cases have errors of extra rows with some variables that differ. (That is to say, these are not fixable with unique or duplicated.) After checking many of these by hand, we understand the problem and how the result should be. But I need your help to make data.table do the right thing. , here's a solution:
DT <- data.table(year = c(1980, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1999, 1999, 2000,
                          2004, 2005, 1977, 1977, 1983, 1984, 1984,
                          1985, 1986, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2002, 2003),
                 case = c("a", "a",  "a", "a",   "b",  "b", "b", "c",
                          "c", "d", "d", "e",  "e", "e", "e", "e",
                          "f", "f", "f", "f", "f"),
                 status = c("born", "alive", "alive", "alive", "alive",
                            "alive", "alive", "alive", "alive", "alive",
                            "dead", "alive", "born", "alive", "alive", "alive",
                            "alive", "alive", "alive", "dead", "alive"))
#to check the ids removed are 1,5,14,20
setkey(DT,case, year, status)
DT[, id := 1:.N]
DT <- DT[order(case, year, status, -id)]

#remove duplicated alive (or other)
DT <- DT[!duplicated(DT[, list(case, year, status)])]

#compute year ordering
DT[, status_rank := rank(year), by = list(case)]

#remove late born
DT[, is_first := status_rank == min(status_rank), by = case]
DT <- DT[status != "born" | is_first]

#remove early dead
DT[, is_last := status_rank == max(status_rank), by = case]
DT <- DT[status != "dead" | is_last]

#remove redundant alive unless it's with dead
DT[, keep_alive := paste(sort(unique(status)), collapse = "") %in% c("alive", "alivedead") , by = list(case, year)]
DT <- DT[status != "alive" | keep_alive]
DT[, c("status_rank", "is_first", "is_last", "keep_alive") := NULL]
    year case status id
 1: 1980    a   born  2
 2: 1981    a  alive  3
 3: 1982    a  alive  4
 4: 1999    b  alive  6
 5: 2000    b  alive  7
 6: 2004    c  alive  8
 7: 2005    c  alive  9
 8: 1977    d  alive 10

How to display data from firebase inside the spinner for filtering method without having the same data?

Tag : android , By : suresh
Date : March 29 2020, 07:55 AM
With these it helps I want to make a filtering method in my application. So, I want to display all the city from the firebase database inside my spinner without display the same city. For your information, the city is in the EditText field. , You could use Set which contains no duplicates:
public void onDataChange(@NonNull DataSnapshot dataSnapshot) {

    Set<String> cities = new HashSet<String>();

    for (DataSnapshot snapshot : dataSnapshot.getChildren()) {
        // ...

    List<String> identity2 = new ArrayList<String>(cities);
    identity2.add(0, "Location")
    ArrayAdapter<String> adapter = new ArrayAdapter<String>(FilterTuitionCentre.this, android.R.layout.simple_spinner_item, identity2);
    // ...
