it should still fix some issue It’s because of the if total == 3 for the first three value’s in the dict total will be 1, then 2 and only on the third value will it be equal to 3 so that’s the only time it will be set to equal one_handed_value

Detecting and acting on keyboard direction keys in Java

Hope this helps The Console support issue in Java is well known, I am not sure that this is doable.
This was not initially possible with System.in since it used to work line-based.

MySQL keys acting a little strange

Any of those help I have a bit of a strange problem with MySQL that I've never seen before. Basically, I need to enter the same entry into a table x number of times. The Primary Key is auto increment so there shouldn't be any duplicate value problems. However, it takes the last few columns and seems to clump them all into one value and is using that as a key. The error I'm getting back is: , The error is precisely what it says it is:
 Duplicate entry '80-0--2011-06-16-0-1' for key 'idx_mt'

How to change a dictionary while iterating over its keys while iterating over a list

Does that help You should not change the size of a dictionary while iterating over a view of that dictionary. You can, instead, construct a new dictionary and then print whatever you like. For example:
d = {'this': '1', 'is': '2', 'a': '3', 'list': '4'}
L = ['A', 'B', 'C', 'D', 'E']

d_new = {k: v for k, v in d.items() if len(k) >= 2}

for word in L:
    for key in d_new:
        print(word, key)

Is iterating over an array with a for loop a thread safe operation in C# ? What about iterating an IEnumerable<T>

Hope this helps Is iterating over an array with a for loop a thread safe operation in C# ?
If you're strictly talking about reading from multiple threads, that will be thread safe for Array and List and just about every collection written by Microsoft, regardless of if you're using a for or foreach loop. Especially in the example you have:
var temp = new List<int>();

foreach (var name in Names)
  temp.Add(name.Length * 2);
