it helps some times I'm working on a project to perform a query into a set of files where the query criteria are inputted by a user.
var input = "/T\"some text\" /T\"some other text\"";
var criterias = input.Split(new[] { "/T\"", "\"" }, StringSplitOptions.None)
                     .Where(x => !string.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(x))
                     .ToList();

Adding marker with custom image instead of default marker then add some number centered in marker

Tag : javascript , By : user182203

wish help you to fix your issue I want to place a custom image instead of a marker then add some number. The number must be centered in the marker image according to amount of digits in it(1-5) I tried the MarkerWithLabel, its not good enough. Google charts provide some solution but it is deprecated. , This can be done using infoBox.
Add the following script to html
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://google-maps-utility-library-v3.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/infobox/src/infobox.js"></script>
var lonLat,oPushpin;

// Create lon lat object. Here the pin will be located.
lonLat =google.maps.LatLng(yourLatitude,yourLongitude);

// Create an element(I use jquery for simplicity)
// The number is inside the div with id = text.
var oPin = $(
"<div id='pushpin'>"+
    "<div id = 'text'>1</div>"+
"</div>");

// Add the element along with the desired text to infoBox
// closeBoxURL: "" remove the cross from the box.
oPushpin = new InfoBox({
     content: oPin[0],
     position: lonLat,
     closeBoxURL: ""
});

oPushpin.open(map);
height: 68px;
width: 108px;
background-image: url('img/1.png');
background-repeat: no-repeat;
position: relative;
top: 50%;
text-align: center;

hop of those help? literal_eval is perfect for this. It basicly takes takes a list represented as string and gives out python list
a = """["hello"]"""
b = literal_eval(a)
b[0]
>>> "hello"
from ast import literal_eval

def fileRead(fpath):

    f = open(fpath, "r")
    f_string = f.readlines()
    f_list = literal_eval(f_string)
    print(f_list)
    for item in f_list:
        print(" ".join(item)) # joins words with space between them
