hope this fix your issue I have been trying to convert code over to using mysqli prepared statements (Converting from mysqli to prepared statements). I have the following code which I can not silence the error message from the call. Instead it is spitting out the "PHP Fatal error: ..." which halts the script so the error code is not executing but because the error is spitting out, only the header is being shown to the user. , You must be using
// do stuff with explicit error checking

How do I split an audio file at the end of a silence, without deleting silence, using pydub?

it fixes the issue You might find the pydub.silence.detect_silence() function useful. It returns a list of ranges where silence was detected (it’s used inside the split on silence function)
there is also pydub.silence.detect_nonsilent() in case that is more helpful

How to silence $(command)>/dev/null - within a function, not --silence the sh file

With these it helps What you actually need is to suppress stderr since you're storing command output in a variable by using 2>/dev/null. So use:
myvar=$(docker inspect -f {{.State.Status}} "$1" 2>/dev/null)
