I wish this help you When you loop through the file paths, you're appending $cpath to the other path. When looping the files returned, $cpath is a full path and doesn't need to be appended to folder locations. Try just doing
foreach ($category_files as $cfiles) {
// Get the directory with * selector for all files
$deleteDirectory = glob(realpath(getcwd()) . '/public/images/uploads/store/' . $owner_id . '/' . $store_name . '/*');

//Loop through the file list.
foreach($deleteDirectory as $file){
    //Make sure that this is a file and not a directory.
        //Use the unlink function to delete the file.

//Finally, remove the directory
rmdir(realpath(getcwd()) . '/public/images/uploads/store/' . $owner_id . '/' . $store_name)

RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} \ /+projects/([^\?\ ]*)
RewriteRule ^ /%1 [L,R]

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteCond $1 !^projects/
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /projects/$1 [L]

How to remove all files from directory without removing directory in Node.js

Does that help To remove all files from a directory, first you need to list all files in the directory using fs.readdir, then you can use fs.unlink to remove each file. Also fs.readdir will give just the file names, you need to concat with the directory name to get the full path.
Here is an example
const fs = require('fs');
const path = require('path');

const directory = 'test';

fs.readdir(directory, (err, files) => {
  if (err) throw err;

  for (const file of files) {
    fs.unlink(path.join(directory, file), err => {
      if (err) throw err;

hop of those help? I have a hard drive that is infected with a virus. The virus encrypts files and then asks for a ransom to unencrypt them. The files are HELP_DECRYPT.HTML, HELP_DECRYPT.PNG, HELP_DECRYPT.TXT and HELP_DECRYPT.URL. , Here's what I would use:
Option Explicit

Dim FSO, badFiles
Set FSO = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")

Walk FSO.GetFolder("Y:\")

Sub Walk(folder)
  Dim subFolder
  For Each subFolder in folder.SubFolders
    DeleteFiles subFolder, badFiles
    RestoreFiles "X:", subFolder
    Walk subFolder
End Sub

Sub DeleteFiles(folder, filesToDelete)
  Dim file
  For Each file In filesToDelete
    file = FSO.BuildPath(folder.Path, file)
    If FSO.FileExists(file) Then FSO.DeleteFile file, True
End Sub

Sub RestoreFiles(sourceRoot, destinationFolder)
  Dim sourcePath, file
  WScript.Echo "Restoring " & destinationFolder.Path & " ..."
  sourcePath = Replace(destinationFolder.Path, destinationFolder.Drive, sourceRoot)
  If FSO.FolderExists(sourcePath) Then
    For Each file In FSO.GetFolder(sourcePath).Files
      WScript.Echo file.Name
      ' maybe add a DateLastModified check here?
      file.Copy FSO.BuildPath(destinationFolder.Path, file.Name), True
    WScript.Echo "Warning! Folder not found: " & sourcePath
  End If
End Sub

may help you . I have some files in UNIX
#### get the list of file on which operation to be performed
ls -lrt inp/ | awk '$1~/^-/{print $9}'  > out/filelist

#### getting total count of files
i=`wc -l out/filelist | cut -f1 -d" "`

#### starting the operation
while read line
#### comparing a file to rest files so i variable
i=`expr $i - 1`
tail -$i out/filelist | while read line2
####checking first field of file with rest files
if [ `awk -F"~" 'NR==FNR {a[$1]=$1; next}$1 in a {print $0}' inp/$line inp/$line2 | wc -l` -gt 0 ]
#### if common record is found then delete that files from filelist. sed with "-i" will do the replacement and deletion in file itself. sed with "-e" is used to add multiple replication or deletion operation in single sed.
sed -i -e '/'"$line"'/d' -e '/'"$line2"'/d' out/filelist
i=`expr $i - 1`
if [ $i -le 0 ]
done < out/filelist
#### concatening the rest files into finalfile
xargs cat < out/filelist > inp/finalfile
awk -F"~" 'NR==FNR {a[$1$2]=$1$2; next}$1$2 in a {print $0}' inp/$line inp/$line2
