it should still fix some issue I'm using the Mail library in Laravel to send html email with custom data passed to a blade view. , A simple solution would be formating with php:
public function build()
{
    return $this->from('hello@test.it')
     ->view('view')
     ->with([
       'text' => str_replace('{{ $url }}','https://google.com',$this->parameters->text)
      ]);
 }

To fix the issue you can do The problem was that I was passing the variables only to the layout:
Instead of:

Blade, Use html inside variable being passed into partial view is not being rendered

like below fixes the issue By default in Laravel 5 {{ $title }} construction wil be escaped.
If you don't want the data to be escaped, you may use the following syntax:
{!! $title !!}

I wish this help you While trying to send verification email using Laravel 5.2, I get an error: , Try this:
Mail::send('email.verify', compact('confirmation_code'), function ($message) use($request, $name) {
    $message->to($request->input('email'),$name)
            ->subject('Verify Your Email Address');
});

like below fixes the issue You generally want your view to be as dumb as possible, leaving logic up to the controller and allowing the view to only concern itself with rendering whatever it is given. This separation of concerns allows for much more maintainable code, and helps you avoid problems like the one you're facing now.
An implementation of what you're trying to achieve, that separates concerns, would be something like:
public function index()
{
    $sections = [
        'section1' => 'First Section',
        'section2' => 'Second Section',
        'section3' => 'Third Section',
        'section4' => 'Fourth Section',
    ];

    foreach ($sections as $id => $name) {
        // determine if section should be included or not
        // `shouldBeIncluded` is whatever your truth test is
        if (! shouldBeIncluded($id)) {
            unset($sections[$id]);
        }
    }

    return view('index', ['sections' => $sections]);
}
@foreach ($sections as $view => $name)
    @include($view)
@endforeach
<ul>
    @foreach ($sections as $view => $name)
        <li><a href="#{{ $view }}">{{ $name }}</a></li>
    @endforeach
</ul>

Laravel mail blade passing a variable

will help you You are totally fine with what you are doing, but the second param is the data to pass to the view, and as with the with([]) method to call the view, the array passed will generate an object for each entry, and so with what you are doing you are generating $first, $last, $business_org and the $data is just the name of the array, so it isn't been passed as element to the view: if you want this, you should pass [$data] to the mail send :
$data = [
  'first' => $request->first,
  'last' => $request->last,
  'business_org' => $request->business_org,
  'instagram' => $request->instagram,
  'email' => $request->email,
  'phone' => $request->phone,
  'unique' => $request->unique,
  'purchased' => $request->products_purchased,
  'city' => $request->city,
  'state' => $request->state,
  'filename' => $fileName
];

  // send email with details
    Mail::send('emails.justshoot', [$data], function($message) {
      $message->from('us@something.com', 'Just Shoot Upload');

      $message->to('myemail@gmail.com')->cc('myemail@gmail.com');
    });
