How can I iterate through an unknown number of models and compare data in that model to another model in a controller?

I hope this helps you . So here's the situation. I am new to MVC and I am looking for the simplest way to go about Iterating through an unknown number of one model to continually look for the highest integer value of one property of that model based on data from another model. , Similar to @Paul's answer, but using your classes:
List<Resort> resorts = GetResortsFromDatabase();
if (input.BlackDiamond)
    return resorts.OrderByDescending(x => x.BlackDiamond).First();
else if (input.BlueSquare)
    return resorts.OrderByDescending(x => x.BlueSquare).First();
// etc...
foreach(var resort in GetResortsFromDatabase())
    if (input.BlackDiamond && resort.BlackDiamond > 5)
        DoSomething(input, resort); // This will do something to the input and each resort.

passing an array from controller to model in laravel

I wish this helpful for you Laravel has something called Mass Assignment. It let's you pass an associative array and fills the model with those values. To make it work you have to define all the attributes you want to be able to mass assign in your model:
protected $fillable = ['foo', 'bar', 'and', 'much', 'more'];
$input = [
   'foo' => 'value1',
   'bar' => 'value2',
   'and' => 'value3',
   'much' => 'value4',
   'more' => 'value5',

$model = new Model($input);

will be helpful for those in need Everything inside of {{ }} is PHP. The {{ }} gets replaced by the Blade Compiler with something like this:
<?php echo e(...); ?>
{{ Session::get('radio') == "id{$year->year}" ? 'checked' : 'false' }}
