will help you I found the answer. Insert the following code to your child's theme functions.php file:
    add_action( 'woocommerce_after_add_to_cart_button', 'css_for_products', 30 );

function css_for_products() {
  global $product;
    if ($product->id == 784 or $product->id == 832 )
    {
    wp_enqueue_style( 'sample-code', 'https://www.yoursite.com/css/custom.css',false);
    }

Content not updating(Javascript with HTML)

Hope that helps Most likely you are trying to update the DOM even before it is loaded - you can make sure the javascript is executed after the DOM is loaded by keeping JS at the end of the body tag like below -
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
    <head>
        <title>Using Javascript</title>
        <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css.css">
    </head>
    <body>
        <h1>Elderflower</h1>
        <div id="content">
            <h2>Custom Signage</h2>
            <div id="cost">Cost: $5 per tile</div>
        </div>
        <script>
                var number;
                var costOne;
                var totalCost;

                 number=5;
                 costOne=2;
                 totalCost=number*costOne;

                var el=document.getElementById('cost');
                el.textContent=totalCost;
        </scirpt>
    </body>
</html>

wish help you to fix your issue I have banging my head against a cheese grater for awhile now on this. I have a component for my website to add a news ticker that is working with the divs hardcoded in the html , Provided you are getting your xml document back this might work:
function myFunction(xmlhttp, test) {

    var x, i, xmlDoc, feed;

    xmlDoc = xml.responseXML;
    feed = "";
    i = 0;
    $('STATUS',xml).each(function() {
       feed = $(this).find('UPDATE').text();
       if (i == 0){
          html = html + '<div class="newsTicker active">' + feed + '</div>'
       } else  {
          html = html + '<div class="newsTicker">' + feed + '</div>'
       }
       i++
    });
$('.newsContent').html(html);
}

Updating html content on submit

wish helps you The point of AJAX is to be able to communicate with the server without having to reload the page...
Submit the form with AJAX instead and then simply call your FillCommentsTable again.
<form action="#" method="post" onsubmit="return deleteComment()">
  <input type="number" name="id">
  <input type="submit" value="Delete">
</form>

function deleteComment() {
  var id = document.querySelector("input[name='id']");
  var xhttp = new XMLHttpRequest();
  xhttp.onreadystatechange = function() {
    if (this.readyState == 4 && this.status == 200) {
      FillCommentsTable();
    }
  };
  xhttp.open("POST", "API/delete_comment.php", true);
  xhttp.setRequestHeader("Content-type", "application/x-www-form-urlencoded");
  xhttp.send("id="+encodeURIComponent(id.value));
  return false;
}
  new_tbody.setAttribute("id","comments");
