This might help you You have wrong css selector in media query.
add this to @media screen and (max-width: 775px).

this will help The issue is in media query at screen resolution of 1024px, the same way you used media query to hide display for image div in small screen resolution, using same way you can make such many changes in your media query. Use clear:both to align text properly after menu in tag main.

hope this fix your issue Not a big expert in CSS and responsiveness design, I try to collapse my navbar using a media query. The issue is that for dropdown menus, the responsive design is not applied correctl : The dropdown menus are displayed like on a large desktop device. , here is your fiddle just remove default style dropdown

I hope this helps you . I inspected your click events it seems it doesn't retrieve the nav-section and also the event.preventDefault(); and return false; stops the click event.
