Does that help If you want the count of filtered records then you can use Count() method:
repartitions.Add(list.where(x => x.VehicleId == item).Count());
 repartitions.Add(list.where(x => x.VehicleId == item).Sum(x => x.columnName));

Make Androidplot charts to display values for every key point on a graph

Hope that helps Just FYI, as of version 0.5.1 this functionality is available via the LineAndPointFormatter. If the paint param associated with point labels is not null or transparent, you'll see values printed above each point.
Here's a link to the blog post with details.

PerformanceAnalytics charts.RollingRegression plots initial window values. How do I make it not do that?

this will help The subsetting of the data should be done prior to passing to the charts.RollingRegression function. The mighty xts provides this functionality:
charts.RollingRegression(Ret["2009-04::",], Rb["2009-04::",2, drop = FALSE], Rf = 0.001, na.pad = TRUE)

this one helps. The second part of the question was answered by @Mon Calamari.WE need to use return request.get().map((r) -> ok(r.getBody()).as("text/html")); . As for the first part, the issue was 2 part.
Check whether we have valid url or not. There are a lot of ways to do that. I did with the following simple approach.
try {
    URL url = new URL("http://www.yoursite.com/");
    URLConnection conn = url.openConnection();
    conn.connect();
} catch (MalformedURLException e) {
    // the URL is not in a valid form
} catch (IOException e) {
    // the connection couldn't be established
}
GET     /proxy/:url         controllers.Proxy.index(url:String)
GET     /proxy               controllers.Proxy.index(url:String)

Segregate or devide the values and make pie charts based on them

wish helps you Here is solution. First of all, you need to create a years array without duplicates.Suppose that we have n years. Then, you need to create data array for each of n years. Further more, it should create n divs where charts will be draw.
var json=[{ "Year": 2014, "Name": "A", "Values": 18 },{ "Year": 2014, "Name": "B", "Values": 16 },{ "Year": 2015, "Name": "D", "Values": 20},{ "Year": 2015, "Name": "C", "Values": 0 },{ "Year": 2015, "Name": "A", "Values": 0 },{ "Year": 2016, "Name": "D", "Values": 19 }];

var years=[];
json.forEach(function(obj){
  if(years.indexOf(obj.Year)==-1)
    years.push(obj.Year);
});

for(i=0;i<years.length;i++){
    data=[['Task','Years']];
    json.forEach(function(obj){
        if(obj.Year==years[i]){
           data.push([obj.Name,obj.Values]);
        }
    });
     var elemDiv = document.createElement('div');
     elemDiv.style.width="900px";
     elemDiv.style.height="500px";
     elemDiv.id="piechart"+i;
     document.body.appendChild(elemDiv);
    displayChart(data,i);
}
function displayChart(dataForChart,i){
     var chartData=dataForChart;
     google.charts.load('current', {'packages':['corechart']});
     google.charts.setOnLoadCallback(drawChart);
     function drawChart() {
          var data = google.visualization.arrayToDataTable(chartData);
          var options = {
              title: years[i]
          };

          var chart = new google.visualization.PieChart(document.getElementById('piechart'+i));

         chart.draw(data, options);
      }
  }
<script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.gstatic.com/charts/loader.js"></script>
var years=[];
json.forEach(function(obj){
  if(years.indexOf(obj.Year)==-1)
    years.push(obj.Year);
});
$scope.years=years;
<div ng-repeat="year in years track by $index" id="piechart{{$index+1}}">
     //chart will be draw here
</div>
