How "d3.translateExtent" coordinate works?

I wish this helpful for you There are a few considerations here, and given I've certainly been tripped up by them in the past, I hope I can explain them clearly here.
Zoom Extent
var height = 500;
var width = 500;

var zoom = d3.zoom()
   .translateExtent([[-300, -300], [500, 500]])
    .on("zoom", zoomed);

var svg = d3.select("body")
        .append("svg")
        .attr("width", height)
        .attr("height", width)
        .append("g")

svg.append("rect")
        .attr("x", 100)
        .attr("y", 100)
        .attr("height", 300)
        .attr("width", 300);

    var circle = svg.append("circle")
        .attr("cx", 100)
        .attr("cy", 100)
        .attr("r", 20)
        .style("fill", "red")

    svg.call(zoom);

    function zoomed() {
      circle.attr("transform", d3.event.transform);
    }
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/d3/5.7.0/d3.min.js"></script>
.extent([[0,0],[300,300]])
.translateExtent([[-300,-300],[300,300]])
var height = 500;
var width = 500;

//if extent is specified, sets the translate extent to the specified array of points [[x0, y0], [x1, y1]], where [x0, y0] is the top-left corner of the world and [x1, y1] is the bottom-right corner of the world, and returns this zoom behavior.
var zoom = d3.zoom()
    .translateExtent([[-300,-300],[300,300]])
    .extent([[0,0],[300,300]])
    .on("zoom", zoomed);

    console.log(zoom.extent());

    // Feel free to change or delete any of the code you see in this editor!
    var svg = d3.select("body")
        .append("svg")
        .attr("width", height)
        .attr("height", width);

     svg.append("rect")
        .attr("x", 100)
        .attr("y", 100)
        .attr("height", 300)
        .attr("width", 300);

    var circle = svg.append("circle")
        .attr("cx", 100)
        .attr("cy", 100)
        .attr("r", 20)
        .style("fill", "red")

    svg.call(zoom);

    function zoomed() {
      circle.attr("transform", d3.event.transform);
    }

Weird "Property 'coordinate' requires method '-coordinate'" error

Tag : iphone , By : user171555

I wish this help you Xcode is correct in telling you that you're required to implement -coordinate. This is a non-optional method of the MKAnnotation protocol.
http://developer.apple.com/library/ios/#documentation/MapKit/Reference/MKAnnotation_Protocol/Reference/Reference.html
CLLocationCoordinate2D coordinate;
@synthesize coordinate=myCoordinateVariable;
-(CLLocationCoordinate2D)coordinate {
    return myCoordinate;
}
@implementation MyClass : NSObject {
    NSString *someString;
}

@property (nonatomic, retain) NSString *someString;
-(NSString *)someString;
-(void)setSomeString:(NSString *);

Transform vertex coordinate to "same" screen coordinate

Tag : cpp , By : Hadley

Does that help Firstly its worth noting that in projection space (-1, 1, z, w) transforms to (0,0) and (1, -1, z, w) to (1, 1).
So working on the basis you want to transform a given vertex to its projection space it is simply a matter of doing the following:
T' = W * V * P
x' = x / w;
y' = y / w;
z' = z / w;
w' = w / w; // or 1
x'' = (x'  + 1) / 2;
y'' = (-y' + 1) / 2;

check if string is in format "coordinate/coordinate"

wish helps you I would love to know how to check if a string has the format of two coordinates, like: , I would use this one (some simpler might exist):
^\(\-{0,1}\d*,\-{0,1}\d*\)
^\(       start by a parenthesis
\-{0,1}   0 or 1 "-"
\d*       any digit
,         ","

Which one to use "locations array" or "manager.location.coordinate" in Swift in iOS to get user loca

I hope this helps . I'd prefer the array over the instance variable, because of the way desiredAccuracy works - it doesn't guarantee that the location updates you receive will have the accuracy you request - merely that the system will make its best effort to provide them. Depending on how the location manager behaves, you might get a number of updates in the locations array, with differing levels of accuracy. You can then filter the array to find the most accurate one.
The key point is that if multiple updates arrive in the same didUpdateLocations: call, and you just use manager.location, you might be missing an update. The missing update would definitely not be the most recent one, but it might be the most accurate one received so far.
