it helps some times console.log(submitResult[i].theTypeIs) prints undefinedbecause there is no property theTypeIs of submitResult[i]
You need to use the bracket notation when accessing an attribute by a variable

Unable to access JSON element

To fix the issue you can do Name may be one of the properties, but it looks like if c.MenuId == id keeps failing, you're never going to respond with any useful data and data.Options[0] will be undefined.
Like @zerkms said, console.log your incoming data and check what is in the JSON received.

Unable to access JSON data

wish of those help This isn't JSON, it's JSONP. The reason it's not working is that you have a blank callback parameter in the query string. Change &callback=&titles=mouse to &callback=?&titles=mouse (note the ? after callback=) and jQuery will handle it for you correctly. E.g.:
$.getJSON("https://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&origin=*&format=json&exsentences=3&prop=extracts&titles=Main+Page&callback=?&titles=mouse", function(apiReturn){
// Only change is here ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------^
    var valueText = apiReturn.query.pages[18845].extract;

Unable to access a key value from a json

I wish did fix the issue. Once you stringify it, it’s a string. You have to parse it back into an object.
var newObject = JSON.parse(object);
