seems to work fine This is a little confusing but the code doesn't actually remove the old image. It inserts a new image into
, which overlays the 'loading' image in
Look at your Elements tab in inspector and you'll be able to see both of these.
  style="background: url('https://res.cloudinary.com/sourcetoad/image/upload/v1483582294/frog-2-sm_zjphps.jpg')"
image.src = previewImage.data('image');
newImage.css('background-image', 'url(' + image.src + ')');

Progressive Loading, ASP.NET MVC

it fixes the issue There are a couple of things that you can do.
First, make sure the results themselves are not inside tables. IE (and perhaps other browsers) have to wait until the table has been fully loaded before rendering to the browser.

android - progressive loading of list

To fix the issue you can do You should use onScrollListener and depending on how many items that are left you load more. IE by calling the webservice with index numbers, start and end.
Here is an example I have used: In this example I always fetch the next 15 items from the server. and the first if case is that it starts fetching new items when there is only x number of items left. X is 2* the number of visisble items on the screen. It depends on the screen density.
public void onScroll(AbsListView view, int firstVisibleItem, int visibleItemCount, int totalItemCount) {
    if((totalItemCount-(firstVisibleItem+visibleItemCount) <= visibleItemCount*2)) {
        startNumber = totalItemCount;
        endNumber = startNumber+15;
        if(fetchclass!=null) {
            if(!fetchclass.isRunning()) {
                fetchclass= new fetchNewsClass();
        else {
            fetchclass = new fetchNewsClass();

Progressive page loading in ASP.NET MV3?

will help you If you've got heavy pages with long loading times you might consider loading the pieces more dynamically using an ajax approach.
Your page loads, you execute the requests for the data you require and use some standard loading icon in the meantime.

TypeError: ('Keyword argument not understood:', 'module') when loading keras saved model

will be helpful for those in need You didn't build the model using Keras 2.2.4, you built it using tf.keras, and now you are loading it with keras. Both modules are not actually compatible and this i why you get an error.
The simple solution is to never mix keras with tf.keras.
