will help you First, the problem is not with the code but with the change of how Android deals with resources with the new app bundles. Previously with the APKs all resources were downloaded. Now it downloads only the resources that your phone is eligible for. If you have in preferred languages only English it won't download other languages unless... you say otherwise

wish of those help One methodology could be to replace variables with markers and use the String.Format method ( http://download.oracle.com/javase/1.5.0/docs/api/java/lang/String.html#format(java.lang.String,%20java.lang.Object...) ) or another kind of Formatter to replace accordingly.
Whilst I'm just getting into Spring myself and suspect that it could provide a more elegant solution, currently I would use string formatters to replace placeholders with variable values at runtime.

I wish did fix the issue. You can run the program manually from the command line. You can run the program from within the parent process using the full path specification. I would say we can assume the program runs properly.
What else could be different? The environment the parent process is running under perhaps? I would check the PATH before launching the process. You are using Java. Too many Java programs use batch files to launch the JVM process. This batch file could be mucking with the PATH variable.

I think the issue was by ths following , Create folder /platforms and copy in files qwindows.dll, qminimal.dll, and maybe also libEGL.dll.
