should help you out You may not have your npm binaries in PATH.
Make sure that your npm binaries are in path by running echo $PATH. You should see, somewhere in the printed output, something like:
    "scripts": {
        "start": "http-server ."
npm start

Xpages HTTP Web Server: Command Not Handled Exception HTTP Code: 500

Tag : http , By : Matt Croydon

this one helps. Have a look at the latest xpages_exc_*.log file in the data/IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT folder on the server for a more detailed explanation of the error.
If you don't have access to the file system on the server, then install and use the XPages Log File Reader from OpenNTF for easy access to the server log files.

Hope this helps as for me, this problem about the PATH. because the sh can't find the script in specifed PATHS.
you should add the npm global script path to your PATH variable.
cd ~
echo PATH=\$PATH:/c/Users/CHANGE_WITH_YOUR_USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/npm >> .bashrc

JQuery - HTTP 404 NOT FOUND - The server has not found anything matching the requested URI

I wish this helpful for you When I look at your page and navigate to the location specified in your source code (http://mike.shea.sdf.org/js/jQuery-2.2.1.min.js), I too get the 404 error.
Now, I can navigate to your helper.js file, which seems to have the same path, so you need to triple check the naming of the jQuery file.

will be helpful for those in need I have finally figured out why I was getting this error. I was positive DOCKER_TLS_VERIFY was not set, but it was. So if anyone get this error, make sure the env variable is undefined or that the value is empty.
