Does that help I have the loop over mysql data rows in php and I want to compare value from one row to the value from the next row. I so far did a code like this: , $row+1 doesn't get you the next row
if ($result->num_rows > 0) {

    $arr = array();

    while($row = $result->fetch_assoc()) {
       $arr[] = $row;

    for($i=0; $i < count($arr); $i++) {
        $current_row = $arr[$i];
        $next_row    = $arr[$i+1];

        if ($current_row["begin_date"] > $next_row["end_date"]) {
} else {
     echo "0 results";

How to resolve this error 'unsupported operand type(s) for ^: 'str' and 'str''' with hexadecimal number?

it fixes the issue The bitwise exclusive or operator ^ works on integers. Seeing as you have hexadecimal representation of the strings, you just need to convert them (using the base argument):
tempSbox = (sbox[int(Plaintext[0], 16) ^ int(Key[0], 16)])

Hope that helps 1) $result2=true is assigning value true to $result2 .comparison should be== or ===
2) $beli is array you need to extract the value from it.

help you fix your problem Very likely, one of your DataFrames contains strings, and the other one numbers.
For example, if I write
df1 = pd.DataFrame([1,2,3])
df2 = pd.DataFrame(['3', '2', '6'])
df1 - df2
TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for -: 'int' and 'str'
df2 = df2.astype(int)
