like below fixes the issue Is it possible to take picture and upload it to server by using onActivityResult, but not by using Fullscreen camera? I just want to use TextureView or SurfaceView for Camera preview and for taking Photo. , It is impossible. onActivityResult works only with Fullscreen mode.

hop of those help? May be you are not properly calling CameraIntent, try below code, hope it works:
String filepath = Environment.getExternalStorageDirectory()+"/foldername/"+filename;
System.out.println("thumbnail path~~~~~~"+filepath);
File file = new File(filepath);
Uri outputFileUri = Uri.fromFile(file);

Intent intent = new Intent(android.provider.MediaStore.ACTION_IMAGE_CAPTURE);
intent.putExtra(MediaStore.EXTRA_OUTPUT, outputFileUri);
startActivityForResult(intent, 100);
protected void onActivityResult(int requestCode, int resultCode, Intent data) {
    super.onActivityResult(requestCode, resultCode, data);
        if (requestCode == 100) {
        sendBroadcast(new Intent(Intent.ACTION_MEDIA_MOUNTED, Uri.parse("file://"+ Environment.getExternalStorageDirectory())));
        Bitmap bitmap;
        bitmap=GlobalMethods.decodeFile(_path);//function to decode.
        if (bitmap == null) {
        else {

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CAMERA" />
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.camera" />

Convert single photo upload to multiple photo upload (with iPhone support)

wish help you to fix your issue You are going to iterate over $_FILES[$fieldname] to get the array of files based on your form. So iterate over the array and then process the file.
foreach($_FILES[$fieldname] => $singleFile) {
   // check for PHP's built-in uploading errors
    ($singleFile['error'] == 0)
        or error($errors[$singleFile['error']], $uploadForm);

    // check that the file we are working on really was the subject of an HTTP upload
        or error('Not an HTTP upload.', $uploadForm);

    // validation to make sure the uploaded file is in fact an image.
        or error('Only image uploads are allowed!', $uploadForm);

    // make a unique filename for the uploaded file and check it is not already
    // taken... if it is already taken keep trying until we find a vacant one
    // sample filename: 1140732936-filename.jpg
    $now = time();
    while(file_exists($uploadFilename = $uploadsDirectory.$now.'-'.$singleFile['name'])) {

    // move the file to its final location and allocate the new filename to it
    @move_uploaded_file($singleFile['tmp_name'], $uploadFilename)
        or error('Receiving directory has incorrect permissions.', $uploadForm);
