/Users/oioi/.node/bin/nodemon my-app.js

I think the issue was by ths following , I succeed to install the nodemon module simply by upgrading my version of node.js from 0.10.22 to 0.10.28.
Now it works !!!

I wish this help you You can't install a global module if you are not as an admin. Try to run the command with sudo if you can
sudo npm install -g nodemon

hop of those help? Heroku runs in a production environment by default so it does not install the dev dependencies.
If you don't want to reinstall nodemon as a dependency, which I think you shouldn't, because it's right place is in devDependencies, not in dependencies...
