like below fixes the issue You are almost there, use a case expression to do conditional counting:
SELECT Count(*) as total,Count(case when m.isRead = false then 1 end) as totalUnreadMessage,
    e.FirstName,e.LastName
FROM [Messages] as m
inner join Employees as e on m.SenderId=e.UserId
group by e.EmployeeId, e.FirstName,e.LastName

Create count column for each artist or get count in query (count followers)

I wish this help you It will be quicker to get the data with method A but the data might be stale as it might not reflect the true count. (You will have to keep on updating the count with method A on a periodic basis)
With method B, it will be slower but you will a real time count. If it's not important to show the count on a real time basis then I would suggest that you go with method A and then update the follower count on a periodic basis

SQL to count records per hour and count how many hours that total record count was greater than a value

I wish this help you Using SQL Server 2014. I have a list of records that are time stamped and I would like to count how many records there are per hour then count how many hours each day that the record count exceeded a given number, say 20. , You kind of have a 2-part question here
SELECT
    count(*) as RecordsPerHour,
    datepart(hour,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate)) as Date_HOUR,
    datepart(year,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate)) as Date_YEAR,
    datepart(month,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate)) as Date_MONTH,
    datepart(day,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate)) as Date_DAY
FROM Reporting.dbo.Orders
GROUP BY
    datepart(year,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate)),
    datepart(month,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate)),
    datepart(day,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate)),
    datepart(hour,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate))
SELECT
    count(*) as HoursWithAtLeast20Orders,
    Date_YEAR,
    Date_MONTH,
    Date_DAY
FROM
    (SELECT
        datepart(hour,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate)) as Date_HOUR,
        datepart(year,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate)) as Date_YEAR,
        datepart(month,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate)) as Date_MONTH,
        datepart(day,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate)) as Date_DAY
    FROM Reporting.dbo.Orders
    GROUP BY
        datepart(year,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate)),
        datepart(month,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate)),
        datepart(day,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate)),
        datepart(hour,convert(datetime,OrderStateDate))
    HAVING count(*) >=20) as t
GROUP BY
    Date_YEAR,
    Date_MONTH,
    Date_DAY

PHP - How to get tweet count, following count, follower count and like count from Twitter REST api?

Tag : php , By : Don Changer

I wish did fix the issue. Once you get the json response from Twitter, you treat it as an array and use foreach
see example of a response array from Twitter Dev Doc see PHP Doc foreach
$data = json_decode($follow_count, true);
<?php

$data = json_decode($follow_count, true);
print_r($data); // just checking, not needed later

  foreach($data as $tweets) { // we run through the array

    // here's an example of the structure and how you access it
    // compare to the printed array if you need more information

    $tweet = $tweets['text'];
    $name = $tweets['user']['name'];
    $turl = $tweets['user']['url'];
    $followers = $tweets['user']['followers_count'];
    $friends = $tweets['user']['friends_count'];
    $likes = $tweets['user']['favourites_count'];

    echo "Tweet: $tweet ($name / $turl) -> followed by : $followers -> friends: $friends -> likes: $likes<br />";
  } // end of loop

?>

Azure cosmosdb doesnt show proper value for select count(1) if count is more than 30k. Or if total count is more than 10

seems to work fine Per my experience, your error is resulted of bottleneck of RUs setting. The count query is limited by the number for RUs allocated to your collection. The result that you would have received will have a continuation token(even if on the portal).
