With these it helps You are not retrieving the radio button's checked value correctly. Try changing you if condition like below.
 if ($("input[name='locate']:checked").val() == 'Internal'){
    $( "#dueDate" ).datepicker( { minDate: '-6M', maxDate: '+6M' });
 else {
    $( "#dueDate" ).datepicker( { minDate: -0, maxDate: '+6M' });
 $("input[name='locate']").click(function() {
    locate = this.value;
    var dateField = $('#dueDate');

 if ($("input[name='locate']:checked").val() == 'Internal'){
     dateField.datepicker( { minDate: '-6M', maxDate: '+6M' });
 else {
     dateField.datepicker( { minDate: -0, maxDate: '+6M' });

To fix the issue you can do I am trying to do an "update if present, put if not" like operation on a mutable ParMap in Scala. The best thing I could come up with was:
val update = myMap.get(aKey) match {
  case None => createValueForEmpty(...)
  case Some(value) => createValueForUpdate(...)

What is the best way to update another table based on a certain condition ON UPDATE?

will help you Insert your event as usual into the table and then execute the following
UPDATE subscriptions set state=events.state
FROM subscriptions inner join events on subscriptions.id = events.subscriptionID
Where events.SubscriptionId = ? and events.Timestamp =
   (select max(timestamp) from events where events.SubscriptionId = ?)
CREATE VIEW vw_subscriptions as
  Select s.id, otherfields from subscription, coalesce(e.Status, 1) as status
  from subscriptions s left outer join events e on s.id=e.subscriptionId
  AND e.timestamp =
   (select max(timestamp) from events where subscriptionId=s.id)

for my_dict in my_list:
    if all (k in my_dict for k in ("k1", "k2")):
        if cond(my_dict[k1]):
            my_dict[k2] = newvalue # possibly pre-determined

Update Column based on condition and create a new row in another table for every update

wish help you to fix your issue I would populate my audit table before the update, so that I can use the same conditions for populating the audit as I would for updating, You could wrap the two operations in a transaction to ensure they occur at the same time. e.g
BEGIN TRAN UpdateAndRecord

(Select Column1
FROM [mainTable]
INNER JOIN [otherTable]
ON [mainTable].[foreignKey]=ad.[primaryKey]
Where [mainTable].[columnA]<>[otherTable].[columnB]

UPDATE [mainTable]
SET [mainTable].[columnA]=[otherTable].[columnB]
FROM [mainTable]
INNER JOIN [otherTable]
ON [mainTable].[foreignKey]=ad.[primaryKey]
Where [mainTable].[columnA]<>[otherTable].[columnB]

COMMIT TRAN UpdateAndRecord
