With these it helps Images by default align with the text along the baseline. Keeping your current code structure, you can use vertical-align: middle for your image as follows:
<td class="right">
    <img style="vertical-align: middle" src="images/packers.png" alt="Town Hall logo"> &nbsp;
    <span style="vertical-align: middle">Packers: 10 &nbsp; Warriors: 23</span>
</td>

Any of those help You should either set the textAlignCenter on the TD, not the TR or change the CSS definition to:
builder.Append(".textAlignCenter td { text-align: center; }");

With these it helps I am frequently encountering this type of design in my projects. I want a cell text aligned to center of the header and right aligned to the below and above data as shown below. And table has border. The three cells shown in image are in different rows. How can I do this one?
    <div style="text-align: center;">This is my header</div>
        <div style="text-align: center;">
		    <div style="display: inline-block; text-align: right;">
			    <div class="inner_container">0</div>
			    <div class="inner_container">123444</div>
		    </div>
    </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">This is my header</div>
    <div style="text-align: center;">
        <div style="display: inline-block; text-align: right;">
            <div class="inner_container">0</div>
            <div class="inner_container">123444</div>
        </div>
</div>
