Hope this helps On the text_changed event you could pass the value of the textbox to a helper class.
public static class ValidatorExtensions
    public static bool IsValidEmailAddress(this string s)
        Regex regex = new Regex(@"^[\w-\.]+@([\w-]+\.)+[\w-]{2,4}$");
        return regex.IsMatch(s);
private void myTextBox_TextChanged(object sender, EventArgs e)
   bool result = ValidatorExtensions.IsValidEmailAddress( myTextBox.Text );

help you fix your problem Building off what Seth suggested, you could modify your Regular Expression to allow for spaces at the end, then just remove them in the submit handler:
//Notice that I added \s* at the end of the RE
jQuery.validator.addMethod("emailVal", function (value, element) {
      return this.optional(element) || /^(([^<>()[\]\\.,;:\s@\"]+(\.[^<>()[\]\\.,;:\s@\"]+)*)|(\".+\"))@((\[[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\])|(([a-zA-Z\-0-9]+\.)+[a-zA-Z]{2,}))\s*$/.test(value);

Email validation not working in flutter display message even if email address is correct

like below fixes the issue You can match the Regular Expression by using hasMatch method of RegExp
Try this
   Pattern pattern = r'^(([^<>()[\]\\.,;:\s@\"]+(\.[^<>()[\]\\.,;:\s@\"]+)*)|(\".+\"))@((\[[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\])|(([a-zA-Z\-0-9]+\.)+[a-zA-Z]{2,}))$';
   RegExp regex = new RegExp(pattern);
   if (!(regex.hasMatch(value)))
      return "Invalid Email";
if (!(value.contains(regex)))
     return "Invalid Email";
