I hope this helps you . I'm trying to work with a table in Javascript. , One thing I see is that you don't construct your table correctly:
        //first row
        document.write("<TR id=></TR>");
        for (var i = 0; i<vars.length+2; i+=2){
for (var i = 0; i<vars.length+2; i+=2){

I wish this help you , Problem is in combination of for loop and function definition.
$(colorChange[entryArray[i]]['textfield']).val("#" + hex);
entryArray.forEach(function (entry) {
                color: "FFFFFF",
                onChange: function (hsb, hex, rgb) {
                        $(colorChange[entry]['textfield']).val("#" + hex);
                        $(colorChange[entry]['className']).css(colorChange[entry]['cssEntry'], "#" + hex);
for (i = 0; i <= entryArray.length; i++)

To fix the issue you can do You need to initialize your second level arrays - startStateArr[i] = []. Do the same for the main array if not
var startStateArr = []; // If not done

for ( i = 0; i <= 2; i++ ) {
    startStateArr[i] = []; // Look at this line
    for ( j = 0; j <= 2; j++ ) {
        startStateArr[i][j] = document.getElementById("start" + i + j).value;

seems to work fine To parse your string to number you need to do like this :
Number(your number).
sum += Number(numbers[i]);

window.onload = function () {

            var data =  [
                            "season": "Thanksgiving",
                            "ordercount": "15000"
                            "season": "Christmas",

            dataPoints: seasondata

To fix this issue I'm using some code I found at Change url when manually scrolled to an id even scrolling to top?. , Your for statement is wrong.
for (var i=0; blocksArr.length; i++){
for (var i=0; i < blocksArr.length; i++){
