around this issue Take a look at the JavaDocs for Statement#execute(String)
try (Statement stmt = con.createStatement()) {
    try (ResultSet rs = stmt.executeQuery("select exists(select 1 from calcul where to_char(date, 'YYYY-MM')=to_char("+dates+", 'YYYY-MM') AND idproduit="+codeP+" AND ppa="+PPA+" AND tr="+TR+" AND net="+NET+" AND dateper='"+datePer+"')")) {
        if (rs.next()) {
            boolean exists = rs.getBoolean(1);
} catch (SQLException exp) {
try (PreparedStatement stmt = con.prepareStatement("select exists(select 1 from calcul where to_char(date, 'YYYY-MM')=to_char(?, 'YYYY-MM') AND idproduit=? AND ppa=? AND tr=? AND net=? AND dateper='?')")) {
    stmt.setString(1, dates);
    stmt.setString(2, codeP);
    stmt.setString(3, PPA);
    stmt.setString(4, TR);
    stmt.setString(5, NET);
    stmt.setString(6, datePer);
    try (ResultSet rs = stmt.executeQuery()) {

Postgresql postgis ST_DWithin always return true

To fix the issue you can do The coordinates you are using are not in CRS 3857 but are rather unprojected lat-long, i.e. CRS 4326, so you are looking for points within 100 degrees of each others. You would need to create the point in 4326, project it in 3857 using ST_Transform and then make the distance computation in meters.
   ST_Transform(ST_GeomFromText('POINT(76.8598076 43.2137617)',4326),3857),
   ST_Transform(ST_GeomFromText('POINT(76.865100 43.220109)',4326),3857),
SELECT ST_Distance_Sphere (
   ST_GeomFromText('POINT(76.8598076 43.2137617)',4326),
   ST_GeomFromText('POINT(76.865100 43.220109)',4326))
   <= 100;

Can browser.tabs.query({active: true, currentWindow: true}) ever return more than one tab?

Hope that helps TLDR: No
For Chrome, Opera and Firefox this is currently impossible, so it's safe to assume that the array will only contain one element.

Why does a query where basic expression true == true return no documents?

hop of those help? The basic mongo query is about object matching. Your { true: true } query will find documents where the "true" field is true.
If you want expression equivalence, check out $expr:
db.records.find({ $expr: { $eq: [true , true] } })
