jQuery UI Tabs "Select" Event Being Overridden by "Click" Event -- Uncaught TypeError

Tag : jquery , By : AnToni00

hop of those help? I discovered the problem: I am indeed a n00b.
I was setting the text variable based on whether or not the tab was visible. Because my tabs were hidden by default, there was never a visible panel from which to grab a value.
if ( $('#tab_container').is(':visible') ) {

    // now we can safely set this variable...
    var activePanel = '.ui-tabs-panel:visible ';

    // ...and this will always have a value
    var text = $(activePanel + 'someElement').val();

Understanding console error "TypeError: undefined is not an object" and "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read

it fixes the issue Your function will return something only on an iOS platforms, so if you test on Chrome or Safari (macOS) you will get an error. ver is undefined and thus doesn't have a [0] key.
A quick fix would be to make the function return something valid on all platforms. Something like:
function iOSversion() {
    if (/iP(hone|od|ad)/.test(navigator.platform)) {
        // supports iOS 2.0 and later
        var v = (navigator.appVersion).match(/OS (\d+)_(\d+)_?(\d+)?/);
        return [parseInt(v[1], 10), parseInt(v[2], 10), parseInt(v[3] || 0, 10)];
    return [0]; // Return '0' by default

"Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'name' of undefined" on button click when incrementing numbers

wish help you to fix your issue Run a check after you've updated your currentNumber and if it's at the end of your range, hide that button, otherwise update the text of that button.
$(function() {

  var currentNumber = 0;

  // Key players
  // Sets the default values as the first key player
  $(".btn-next span").html(players[currentNumber + 1].name);

  if (currentNumber <= 0) {
    $(".controls__inner").css("justify-content", "flex-end");
  } else {
    $(".controls__inner").css("justify-content", "space-between");

  // When a person clicks on the previous button
  $(".btn-previous").on("click", function() {

    currentNumber = currentNumber - 1;

    $(".controls__inner").css("justify-content", "flex-end");
    // after you've decremented your index, check to see if you're at the beginning
    if (currentNumber == 0)
      // if you are, hide the previous button
    else {
      // if you aren't, update the previous button's text
      $(".btn-previous span").html(players[currentNumber - 1].name);
      // make sure the previous button is shown
    $(".btn-next span").html(players[currentNumber + 1].name);

  // When a person clicks on the next button
  $(".btn-next").on("click", function() {
    currentNumber = currentNumber + 1;

    $(".btn-previous span").html(players[currentNumber - 1].name);
    if (currentNumber == (players.length - 1))
      // if at the end of your list, hide the next button
    else {
      // if not, show the next button and update its text
      $(".btn-next span").html(players[currentNumber + 1].name);
    $(".controls__inner").css("justify-content", "flex-start");

may help you . In your html there is no element with id j1_64_anchor. So your code document.getElementById('j1_64_anchor').click(); will fail.
document.addEventListener('DOMContentLoaded', function () {
    document.querySelector('button').addEventListener('click', int)
function int() {
    var source = document.getElementById('j1_64_anchor').click();

var coll = document.getElementsByClassName("collapsible");
var i;
<button class="collapsible">Interfaces</button>
<div class="content" id="j1_64_anchor">
<button onclick="int()" class="collapsible">Interfaces</button>

will help you I think your issue is with how you're defining signature1 in motorCommEngineerSig():
var signature1 = row[69];
var data = sheet.getRange(2, 2, 10, 47).getValues();
var row = data[rowNumber];
