Any of those help You can add the $more_data to the original array so that it is correctly associated.
In the below I added the $key in the foreach loop and then referenced the $key on the $wanted_data array to set the data you retrieve from the curl_exec to the existing data.
foreach($wanted_data as $key => $more_data) {
    $ch_r = curl_init("https://api.url.com/data/".$more_data['name']."/info");
    curl_setopt($ch_r, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, true);
    curl_setopt($ch_r, CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER, array(
        'Authorization: Bearer KEY REMOVED',
        'Content-Type: application/json')
    $data_grab = curl_exec($ch_r);
    $wanted_data[$key]['more_data'] = json_decode($data_grab, true);
{foreach key=key item=data from=$wanted_data}
    {foreach key=key item=more_data from=$data.more_data}
        {if $more_data.info_3 neq 'SN'}

How do I recursively nest smarty {foreach} loops while still being able to use {$smarty.foreach.<loopName>.first/l

To fix the issue you can do I have a Smarty template file in which I'm looping over hierarchical data represented by nested arrays. The child data is represented exactly the same way as the parent data, so I wanted to recursively {include} the Smarty template to render this: , Maybe try
{assign var="chSuffix" value="childrenLoop_$suffix"}
{foreach from=$children item="child" name="$chSuffix"}

Smarty / PHP: Why is it not possible to use two foreach loops in one table with Smarty?

I wish this help you Is it possible to use two different foreach loops in one table with Smarty? I tried everything but it just doesnt seem to work. The $numrow array has 10 results, but only shows one and the same in all 10 rows.
 while($category = mysql_fetch_assoc($exec_cat))
        $query_count = "
        INNER JOIN
            forum_categories.fcID = forum_topics.fcID
        WHERE forum_categories.fcID = '".$category['fcID']."'
        $exec_count = mysql_query($query_count);
        $category['numrows'] = mysql_num_rows($exec_count);
        $categories[] = $category;
$this->view->assign("categories", $categories);

wish helps you You assign the $entry_product instead of the $entries_product. In addition, you might want to change your foreach loop like the code below, otherwise it won't have any effect:
        foreach($entries_product as $key => $entry_product)
            //If the description is more than 200 characters
            if (strlen($entry_product['wpDescription']) > 200)
                //Take the first 200 characters...
                $entries_product[$key]['wpDescription'] = substr($entry_product['wpDescription'], 0, 200);

                //Look for the last space in the description
                $temp = strrpos($entry_product['wpDescription'], ' ');

                //And cut everything after that point, and add three dots to show there's more
                $entries_product[$key]['wpDescription'] = substr($entry_product['wpDescription'], 0, $temp) . '...';
                //If the description is <= 200 chars, show the whole description
                $entries_product[$key]['wpDescription'] = $entry_product['wpDescription'];
