should help you out You can take column names from INFORMATION_SCHEMA and then loop them to concatenate each value column for the final string.
define('DB_HOST', 'localhost');
define('DB_NAME', 'your_database');
define('DB_USER', 'your_user');
define('DB_PASSWORD', 'your_password');

$link = mysqli_connect(DB_HOST, DB_USER, DB_PASSWORD, DB_NAME);

$sql = "
    SELECT COLUMN_NAME
    FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.COLUMNS
    WHERE table_name = 'table_name' AND table_schema = 'your_db' AND COLUMN_NAME != 'id'
    ORDER BY ORDINAL_POSITION";
$result = mysqli_query($link, $sql);

$columns = array();
$temp = array();

foreach($result as $row) {  //Take all column names
    $columns[] = $row['COLUMN_NAME'];
}

while($row = mysqli_fetch_array($datos)) {
    $s = '';
    for($i = 0; $i < count($columns); $i++) {
        $s .= $row[$columns[$i]];
    }
    $temp[] = $s;   //Put all strings in an array
    echo $s.'<br />';
}

like below fixes the issue I created a VIEW from tables that works just fine. The problem is that in my tables I have "FIRSTNAME" and "LASTNAME" as separate columns. In my view I want to Concatenate them together as a full name. , Use CONCAT()
CREATE VIEW leader_table AS
SELECT

 lgl_leaders.LEAD_ID,
 lgl_type.LG_TYPE,
 CONCAT(member_db.FIRSTNAME ," ",member_db.LASTNAME ) FULL_NAME,
 lgl_leaders.LG_ADDRESS,
 lgl_leaders.LG_CITY,
 lgl_leaders.LG_ZIP,
 lgl_leaders.LG_LAT,
 lgl_leaders.LG_LNG,
 lgl_leaders.CHILDCARE,
 lgl_leaders.LG_DAY,
 lgl_leaders.LG_TIME

 FROM
   lgl_leaders,lgl_type,member_db
 WHERE
       lgl_type.IDNUM = lgl_leaders.LG_TYPE
 AND   member_db.IDNUM = lgl_leaders.PRIMARY_LEADER

I wish this help you I have a trouble which seems possible to solve but I don't have the right idea now. , I guess, you'll need dynamic SQL for that:
   DECLARE @sql NVARCHAR(MAX)
   DECLARE @tablename NVARCHAR(128) = 'FUNKTIONEN'

   SET @sql = (
   SELECT 'CONVERT(NVARCHAR(max),ISNULL('+ name + ','''')) + '
   FROM sys.all_columns
   WHERE object_id = (
       SELECT object_id
       FROM sys.all_objects
       WHERE object_id = object_id(@tablename)
       ) FOR     XML PATH (''))

   SET @sql = 'SELECT TOP 1 ' + LEFT(@sql,LEN(@sql)-1) + 'FROM ' + @tablename

   EXECUTE sp_executesql @sql

seems to work fine I have the following function with a few print statements. In each print statement I would like to return it's value so I can use that and add it to my email code which will send each string text into an email. ,
p_text = p_start_time + p_duration + p_status
p_text = "".join(map(str, [p_start_time, p_duration, p_status]))

I hope this helps . You need a sequence of CONCAT:
tempVar := CONCAT(CONCAT(CONCAT(CONCAT(tempVar, 'Quantity changed: '), OLD.quantity), ' to '), NEW.quantity);
tempVar := CONCAT(CONCAT(CONCAT(CONCAT(tempVar, 'Quantity changed: '), CAST(OLD.quantity as varchar(50))), ' to '), CAST(NEW.quantity as varchar(50)))
tempVar := CONCAT(tempVar, 'Quantity changed: ', OLD.quantity, ' to ', NEW.quantity);
tempVar := CONCAT(tempVar, 'Quantity changed: ', CAST(OLD.quantity as varchar(50)), ' to ', CAST(NEW.quantity as varchar(50)));
