Form submission to create multiple objects

I hope this helps . In your controller you could turn your user input into an array supposing that each line is separated by a newline character:
textfield_value = "Larry Page, larry@google.com, false\nJeff Bezos, jeff@amazon.com, true\nMark Zuckerburg, mark@fb.com, false"

textfield_value.each_line do |d|
  row = d.split(",")
  MyModel.create(name: row[0], email: row[1], activated: row[2]
end

Django Multiple Form Submission: One form overwriting all form objects

Tag : django , By : Joe

This might help you Did you try a FormSet associated to a Model? You can define the query to select the objects you want to edit and Django takes care of (almost) everything. https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/topics/forms/modelforms/#changing-the-queryset
If you want to pursue your approach (more than one Form per page, or more than one FormSet per page) use the prefix attribute: https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/ref/forms/api/#subclassing-forms and use only one
tag with a single Submit button.

Collect and echo submission via multiple <select> tags in submission form?

I hope this helps . My basic goal is to "capture" three values from three menus (Year, month, day), and print them on the next page pointed to by the submission form. I've been trying all day to find a way to do such - No luck whatsoever, I can only manage to print one of the three values. , What you want is: 2003 2004 2005
<select name="birthdate[month]">
 <option value="01">January</option>
 <option value="02">Feburary</option>
 <option value="03">March</option>
</select>

<select name="birthdate[day]">
 <option value="01">01</option>
 <option value="02">02</option>
 <option value="03">03</option>
</select>

<input type="submit" value="Submit">
</form>
$_POST['birthdate_month'][0]
$_POST['birthdate_day'][0]
$_POST['birthdate_year'][0]
