How to set window level in Swift

To fix this issue I am having trouble with the window level constants such as NSScreenSaverWindowLevel. Swift complains about unresolved identifier. I couldn't find an enum equivalent of these levels either ? Is this possible currently ? , Following through the chain of defines:
#define NSScreenSaverWindowLevel     kCGScreenSaverWindowLevel
#define kCGScreenSaverWindowLevel     CGWindowLevelForKey(kCGScreenSaverWindowLevelKey)   /* 1000 */
window.level = Int(CGWindowLevelForKey(Int32(kCGScreenSaverWindowLevelKey)))

With these it helps The first option would be to specify the location of the configuration file via the Celery command line argument --config
The second option is to do something similar to what I do when I need to have settings that are environment/deployment specific:
/* bottom of settings.py */
try:
    from celery_app.celery_config import *
except:
    print 'Did not find celery_config'

Tkinter GUI - deiconify() top level window from a top level window class in another module

it helps some times Sure it's possible. Just call root.deiconify(). You can either pass root as a parameter to the login window, or make it a global variable.

Swift: How to access a Switch Statement in a Swift file (error: Statements are not allowed at the top level)?

I wish this help you You are getting this error because you have your switch statement just sitting inside some class or struct (it's not clear where you have this code implemented). To fix your error you will need to put that switch inside a function. Perhaps you could create a function called setTheme, like so:
var theme = UserDefaults.standard.string(forKey: "themes")

var background: UIColor?
var labelColor: UIColor?
var buttonColor: UIColor?

func setTheme() {
  //First, check to make sure theme is not nil
  guard let theme = self.theme else { return }
  switch theme {
  case "Red":
    background = UIColor(named: "darkRed")
    labelColor = UIColor(named: "labelRed")
    buttonColor = UIColor(named: "buttonRed")
  case "Blue":
    background = UIColor(named: "darkBlue")
    labelColor = UIColor(named: "labelBlue")
    buttonColor = UIColor(named: "buttonBlue")
  default:
    return
  }
}
var background: UIColor? {
  guard let theme = self.theme else { return nil }
  switch theme {
    case "Red": return UIColor(named: "darkRed")
    case "Blue": return UIColor(named: "darkBlue")
    default: return nil
  }
}

Setting focus when control's top level parent window is the active window?

should help you out There are two levels of "focus". One is "focus" of Control inside form. And one is "focus" of Form inside whole composition of windows on desktop.
The Control use these members:
public class MyControl : FlowLayoutPanel {
    private TextBox textBox1;
    private TextBox textBox2;

    public MyControl() {
        this.textBox1 = new TextBox();
        this.Controls.Add(this.textBox1);

        this.textBox2 = new TextBox();
        this.Controls.Add(this.textBox2);

        this.BackColor = Color.Blue; // not required

        this.MouseEnter += this.MyControl_MouseEnter;
    }

    private void MyControl_MouseEnter(object sender, EventArgs e) {
        this.textBox1?.Focus(); // sets focus to the control

        var parentForm = this.FindForm();
        parentForm?.Activate(); // activates the form
    }
}
