Any of those help You can have two columns of type timestamp in one table.
The following works for MySQL 5.0
create table t
(
  id integer,
  created_at timestamp default current_timestamp,
  updated_at timestamp
);

may help you . There's UNIX_TIMESTAMP which will get you the Unix timestamp of a given date string. Which means you need to build a date string inline in your MySQL query. Doing so is considered bad style, you should propably be storing a Unix timestamp within your database.

To fix this issue I have found what mistake I was doing.
Actually the problem was not with the php side or .htaccess side. The problem was with the dynamic css classes I was generating, when I was generating random classes sometimes it generated classes starting with digit and css doesn't support that.

it should still fix some issue Here's how I ended up doing this. Also, forgot to mention that I only wanted the missing time values. That was an tpyo on my part. Here's the whole solution
CREATE TABLE #Orders(
    Id          int IDENTITY(1,1)
    ,[Time]     datetime
    ,[Location] varchar(20)
    ,OrderAmt   int
)

INSERT INTO #Orders
SELECT '2017-01-01 11:00:00', 'Boston', 23  UNION ALL
SELECT '2017-01-01 12:00:00', 'Boston', 31  UNION ALL
SELECT '2017-01-01 13:00:00', 'Boston', 45  UNION ALL
SELECT '2017-01-01 16:00:00', 'Boston', 45  UNION ALL ---15
SELECT '2017-01-01 17:00:00', 'Boston', 67  UNION ALL

Is there any way to create triggers and stored procedures in an RDS MySQL instance at create time when creating an Elast

it should still fix some issue This question was written with a specific MySQL parameter in mind, but it applies to any situation where a non-default DB Parameter Group is needed. After some discussion with AWS tech support, you can associate a non-default DB Parameter Group to RDS instances during environment creation. I'll suggest the documentation could be better ;-)
This example is specific to MySQL 8.0 (mysql8.0), but it should be apparent what you'll change for your particular situation.
Resources:
  customdbparametergroup:
    Type: 'AWS::RDS::DBParameterGroup'
    Properties:
      Description: "DB parameter group for Beanstalk RDS instance which enables functions, procedures, and triggers"
      Family: "mysql8.0"
      Parameters:
        "log_bin_trust_function_creators" : 1

  AWSEBRDSDatabase:
      Properties:
        DBParameterGroupName:
          Ref: customdbparametergroup
