java.lang.RuntimeException: Failure delivering result ResultInfo{who=null, request=1888, result=0, data=null} to activit

Any of those help My app allows the user to press a button, it opens the camera, they can take a photo and it will show up in an imageview. If the user presses back or cancel while the camera is open I get this force close - Failure delivering result ResultInfo{who=null, request=1888, result=0, data=null} to activity... so i am guessing the result=0 is the issue what would I need to insert to make this stop force closing? , Adding this first conditional should work:
protected void onActivityResult(int requestCode, int resultCode, Intent data) {
    if(resultCode != RESULT_CANCELED){
        if (requestCode == CAMERA_REQUEST) {
            Bitmap photo = (Bitmap) data.getExtras().get("data");
            imageView.setImageBitmap(photo);
        }
    }
}

Background Worker Result object is null after adding object with strings

Tag : chash , By : perl

it fixes the issue The e.Result property within your RunWorkerCompleted will be null if an exception occurs during your DoWork handler or if the operation was cancelled, but fetching it should raise a TargetInvocationException if an error occurred.
Check e.Error to see if there is an exception, and e.Cancelled to check for cancellation.
private void backgroundWorker1_DoWork(object sender, DoWorkEventArgs e)
{
    var stopwatch = System.Diagnostics.Stopwatch.StartNew();
    TestObject obj = new TestObject();
    obj.Request = webResponse();
    stopwatch.Stop();
    obj.Time = stopwatch.Ellapsed.ToString();
    e.Result = obj;
}

will be helpful for those in need Make sure you have both Camera Permission and READ/WRITE External Storage Permissions.
Try this is working like charm with me
private String selectedImagePath = "";
    final private int PICK_IMAGE = 1;
    final private int CAPTURE_IMAGE = 2;

public Uri setImageUri() {
        // Store image in dcim
        File file = new File(Environment.getExternalStorageDirectory() + "/DCIM/", "image" + new Date().getTime() + ".png");
        Uri imgUri = Uri.fromFile(file);
        this.imgPath = file.getAbsolutePath();
        return imgUri;
    }

    public String getImagePath() {
        return imgPath;
    }

btnGallery.setOnClickListener(new OnClickListener() {

            @Override
            public void onClick(View v) {
                Intent intent = new Intent();
                intent.setType("image/*");
                intent.setAction(Intent.ACTION_GET_CONTENT);
                startActivityForResult(Intent.createChooser(intent, ""), PICK_IMAGE);

            }
        });

        btnCapture.setOnClickListener(new OnClickListener() {

            @Override
            public void onClick(View v) {
                final Intent intent = new Intent(MediaStore.ACTION_IMAGE_CAPTURE);
                intent.putExtra(MediaStore.EXTRA_OUTPUT, setImageUri());
                startActivityForResult(intent, CAPTURE_IMAGE);
            }
        });

@Override

Once after reboot - Failure delivering result ResultInfo{who=null, request=742, result=-1,data=null}

I wish this help you First, I know its a commonly occuring error and that there is a lot of questions about this one. The thing is that it only happen once after a complete shutdown and reboot AND the debugger won't allow me to inspect what is hapenning. , Well, the error was occuring on this line of code
if (resultCode == RESULT_OK && !mediaTemp.exists()) {
@Override
protected void onSaveInstanceState(Bundle outState) {
    super.onSaveInstanceState(outState);

    // Enregistrement du fichier temporaire.
    if (mediaTemp != null) {
        outState.putSerializable(MEDIATEMP_FILE_BUNDLE, mediaTemp);
    }

    // Enregistrement de la liste de Mediafiles.
    if (medias != null && medias.size() != 0) {
        outState.putParcelableArrayList(MEDIAS_LIST_BUNDLE, medias);
    }

}
    // Restauration des données enregistrées, si applicable.
    if (savedInstanceState != null) {
        // Restauration du fichier temporaire.
        if (savedInstanceState.containsKey(MEDIATEMP_FILE_BUNDLE)) {
            mediaTemp = (File) savedInstanceState
                    .getSerializable(MEDIATEMP_FILE_BUNDLE);
        }

        // Restauration de la liste de Mediafiles.
        if (savedInstanceState.containsKey(MEDIAS_LIST_BUNDLE)) {
            medias = savedInstanceState
                    .getParcelableArrayList(MEDIAS_LIST_BUNDLE);
        }
    } else {
        // Données par défaut
        medias = new ArrayList<Mediafile>();
    }

When getting the error: ResultInfo{who=null, request=0, result=-1, data=null}, What is the who=null?

I hope this helps you . It's the ID of the activity. Often it's null. When your activity code is running, the activity has already been identified an it does not need to be reflected in the method signature.
If you're interested where the id comes from, here's some starting points for backtracing:
