it should still fix some issue Yuo can use the Google Geocoding API directly from your code-behind in c#. See this library: https://code.google.com/p/geocoding-net/

Java library that converts latitude/longitude to MGRS coordinates and vice versa?

Tag : java , By : Andrew Bailey

like below fixes the issue I know this is an old post, but I'll add some more for posterity. JCoords has an MGRS point conversion, but it requires a small licensing fee. Another source is NASA's WorldWind project (similar to Google Earth), which converted the old GeoTrans API created by NGA. This is the implementation of the MGRS conversion: MGRSCoordConverter.java

Calculate address from latitude and longitude in google API (More than one address calculation in one request)

I wish this help you No, you can't "bulk query" a bunch of addresses and have it only count as one request when using the standard API. Each lookup counts as a request.
There are other APIs that don't have limits, or allow more lookups, like MapQuest. If you're hitting the daily limit with Google, try using another API.

unable to get both latitude and longitude from address, I get one of them either latitude or longitude

I hope this helps . This is working fine. Since you are debugging your code with breakpoints when it encounters the
return cordinates; it goes to return null; It only happens while debugging. It always returns the correct value. You can check returned values by inserting a log statement.
     double[] coordinates = getLongLat("Your address");
     Log.wtf(TAG,"Lat:"+coordinates[0]+" Long:"+coordinates[1]);// This will log the correct values

 public double[]  getLongLat(String address){
    Geocoder geocoder = new Geocoder(this);
    List<Address> addresses;
    double[] cordinates = new double[2];

   try {
       addresses = geocoder.getFromLocationName(address, 1);
       if (addresses.size() > 0) {
          Address address1 = addresses.get(0);
          cordinates[0] = address1.getLatitude();
          cordinates[1]  = address1.getLongitude();
          return cordinates;

    } catch (IOException e) {
       return null;

How to get distance from latitude and longitude from mysql Address table which have latitude and longitude

To fix this issue You don't select id in your subrequest so or you make the select in the subquery or you select the field id in your subselect:
$distance = DB::select(
            SELECT a.distance
            FROM ( SELECT user_id, street, store_name,
                    '".$mean_radius_of_Earth."' *
                    acos(cos(radians('".$latitude."')) *
                    cos(radians(latitude)) *
                    cos(radians(longitude) -
                    radians('".$longitude."')) +
                    sin(radians('".$latitude."')) *
                ) AS distance
                FROM addresses
                WHERE id= '". $address_id."') AS a
