my query doesn't want to show in my textboxes

it should still fix some issue You are selecting k.naam in second query while this column is in table [dbo].activiteiten with alias a which you have selected in first query a.naam. So you need to select a.naam in second query or give the table [dbo].activiteiten alias k.
Second query should be like this
SELECT a.naam FROM [dbo].activiteiten_in_reserveringen air, [dbo].activiteiten a , [dbo].reserveringen r ,[dbo].klanten k WHERE a.id = air.activiteit_id AND air.reservering_id = r.id AND k.id = r.klant_id

Do you have to show every tab before all textboxes actually populate?

hop of those help? From the TabPage documentation Remarks section
Private Shared Sub TabPagesVisible(parent As Control)
    For Each c As Control In parent.Controls
        If TypeOf c Is TabPage Then c.Visible = True
        TabPagesVisible(c)
    Next
End Sub
Sub SaveFormTabData()
    TabPagesVisible(Me) ' Me refers to the containing form
    ' code to save control data
End Sub

To fix this issue To achieve this you can hook to the input event of the textboxes. Then you can create new option elements for each textbox (based on its id), or update one if it already exists. Try this:
$(function() {
  $(".position").on('input', function() {
    var $option = $(`#dropdown_change option[data-pos="${this.id}"]`);
    if (!$option.length)
      $option = $(`<option data-pos="${this.id}" />`);

    $option.text(this.value).val(this.value).appendTo('#dropdown_change');
  });
});
.position {
  width: 665px;
  padding: 0px;
  z-index: 2;
  position: absolute;
}
<script src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/3.3.1/jquery.min.js"></script>

Chairperson: <input name="Chairperson" id="chair" type="text" maxlength="50" class="position" /><br />
President: <input name="President" id="pres" type="text" maxlength="50" class="position" /><br />
VicePresident: <input name="VicePresident" id="vice" type="text" maxlength="50" class="position" /><br />

<select id="dropdown_change">
  <option value="">Options here</option>
</select>

How to show specific TextBoxes from a Grid and hide all the other textboxes?

it fixes the issue If your textboxes all share a common parent container (i.e. a Grid) then iterating over them is pretty easy. The XAML might look something like this:
<Grid Name="textBoxContainer">
    <!-- row, column definitions omitted -->
    <TextBox />
    <TextBox />
    <TextBox />
    <!-- etc... -->
</Grid>
int showBoxCount = 4; // this number gets loaded from your file elsewhere
foreach (var textBox in textBoxContainer.Children.OfType<TextBox>()) {
    if (showBoxCount > 0)
        textBox.Visibility = Visibility.Visible;
    else
        textBox.Visibility = Visibility.Collapsed;
    showBoxCount--;
}
<TextBox Name="txt1" />
<TextBox Name="txt2" />
<TextBox Name="txt3" />
<!-- etc... -->
var textBoxes = new TextBox[] { txt1, txt2, txt3, etc... };
int showBoxCount = 4; // this number gets loaded from your file elsewhere
foreach (var textBox in textBoxes) {
    if (showBoxCount > 0)
        textBox.Visibility = Visibility.Visible;
    else
        textBox.Visibility = Visibility.Collapsed;
    showBoxCount--;
}
