Infinite scroll loading too quickly

Any of those help There is nothing wrong with this. It's working exactly as intended. You want the page to render before hitting the bottom because you don't want the user to have to wait. Your servers can take the hit. Your users can't stand the wait.
Take a look at Pinterest to see the exact same thing in action.

Infinite Scroll Loading All Items at Once?

I think the issue was by ths following , You forget to set LIMIT in mySQL request and in url generator:
PHP
<?php
$link = mysql_pconnect("localhost", "user", "pass") or die("Could not connect");
mysql_select_db("dbase") or die("Could not select database");

//GET page/count
$count=10;$offset=0;
if (isset($_GET['count'])) $count=$_GET['count']*1;
if (isset($_GET['page']))  $offset=$_GET['page']*$count*1;

$arr = array();

$rs = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM bannersright
                   ORDER BY HdOrder
                   LIMIT $offset,$count"); #<-HERE

while($obj = mysql_fetch_object($rs)) {
$arr[] = $obj;
}

echo '{"bannersright":'.json_encode($arr).'}';

?>
$(function () {

        $("#wrapper #sidebar-right").autobrowse(

            {

                url: function (offset)
                {
                    return "http://www.mysite.com/json.php?count=10&page="
                           +Math.round(offset/10); // <-- AND HERE
                },
                template: function (response)
                {
                    var markup='';
                    for (var i=0; i<response.bannersleft.length; i++)
                    {
                        markup+='<a href="'+response.bannersleft[i].URL+'"><img src="'+response.bannersleft[i].Image+'" /></a>'
                    };
                    return markup;
                },
                itemsReturned: function (response) { return response.bannersleft.length; },
                offset: 0,
                max: 1,
                loader: '<div class="loader"></div>',
                useCache: false,
                expiration: 1
            }
        );

});

Infinite Scroll Loading Content Twice

I hope this helps you . I have the following javascript to load content as users scroll to the bottom of the page but it seems to load the content twice. Any ideas? , My page counter was in the wrong place. The below works:
var page = <?php echo $next; ?>;
$(window).scroll(function()
{
    if($(window).scrollTop() + $(window).height() >= $(document).height() - 1)
    {
        $('div#loadmoreajaxloader').show();
        $.ajax({
            url : "view.php?q=<?php echo $category; ?>&page="+page
            }).done(function(html){
                $('div#loadmoreajaxloader').hide();
                var links = $(html).find('#links');
                $("#content").append(links);
                changeUrlParam('page', page);
            })
            page=page+1;
        }

    })

How to get an loading gif image when we use infinite scroll in angularjs?

wish help you to fix your issue You can use ng-hide directive for this. You need to add loading image which will work as per content load on-top of ng-hide
Angular Code
function Main($scope) {
$scope.items = [];
$scope.showLoader = false;
var counter = 0;
$scope.loadMore = function() {
    for (var i = 0; i < 5; i++) {
        $scope.items.push({id: counter});
        counter += 10;
     }
    $scope.showLoader = true;
  };
    $scope.loadMore();
}

  angular.module('scroll', []).directive('whenScrolled', function() {
    return function(scope, elm, attr) {
      var raw = elm[0];

      elm.bind('scroll', function() {
        if (raw.scrollTop + raw.offsetHeight >= raw.scrollHeight) {
            scope.$apply(attr.whenScrolled);
        }
      });
   };
 });
<div id="fixed" when-scrolled="loadMore()">
    <ul>
      <li ng-repeat="i in items">{{i.id}}</li>
    </ul>
    <img src="http://jimpunk.net/Loading/wp-content/uploads/loading1.gif" ng-hide="!showLoader"/>
 </div>
