it fixes the issue Hm, I cannot see an easy way to do it with a regexp only. You might first parse out the regexes (/<\/.*?\/>[^\/]*/), store them in an array and replace them by something easy yet non-clashing ($1), then run your regex and reinsert the regexes.

I think the issue was by ths following , To include a double quotation mark in a @"" string, you have to double it:
@"(""[^""]*\.csv"")"
"(\"[^\"]*\\.csv\")"

it helps some times Here's another approach which should leave you with a List:
using System.IO;
using System.Linq;
using System.Text.RegularExpressions;
using System.Xml.Linq;

class Program
{
    static void Main(string[] args)
    {

        var input = File.ReadAllText("text.txt");
        var xmlDocuments = Regex
            .Matches(input, @"([0-9AMP: ]*>>Response: )")
            .Cast<Match>()
            .Select(match =>
                {
                    var currentPosition = match.Index + match.Length;
                    var nextMatch = match.NextMatch();
                    if (nextMatch.Success == true)
                    {
                        return input.Substring(currentPosition,
                            nextMatch.Index - currentPosition);
                    }
                    else
                    {
                        return input.Substring(currentPosition);
                    }
                })
            .Select(s => XDocument.Parse(s))
            .ToList();
    }
}

I think the issue was by ths following , Which language are you using? If you're using Python (for example), you could use a regex like this:
https://regex101.com/r/VKqXWX/1
