I hope this helps . The problem is precision. The GetDate() function in TSQL is not at the precision as c# DateTime, as GetDate() returns an TSQL DateTime.

accuracy = (y_pred_list == y_val_lst).all(axis=(0,2)).mean()
accuracy = (numpy.abs(y_pred_list - y_val_lst) < tolerance ).all(axis=(0,2)).mean()
