Why is break required after yield return in a switch statement?

Tag : chash , By : Lathentar

Any of those help Because yield return is just syntactic sugar for an iterator generator, and you're not actually exiting any method. And C# doesn't allow fall-through in switch statements (and it doesn't look like you want it here anyway).

Perl Code required to break loop when key pressed

it helps some times I have a script which gets executed, but I require a loop which tells the process to sleep for 20-30 secs whilst a user runs a different test. , Try a while loop instead of do{}
use strict;
use warnings;
use Term::ReadKey;

ReadMode 4; # Turn off controls keys
my $key;

while ( !defined( $key = ReadKey(-1) ) ) {
    print "No key yet\n";
    sleep 5;
print "Get key $key\n";

ReadMode 0; # Reset tty mode before exiting

Is a line break required between comments and PHP open/close tags?

With these it helps Thank you Alex and Markus for this information!
I just tested a single space between open/close tags and this does seem to work as well. I thought I tested this before posting but apparently not.

Why in C# break is required in switch loop after default case?

fixed the issue. Will look into that further After default, control is supposed to automatically come out of switch loop. But C# requires use of a break statement? Why in C# control is not automatically coming out of switch loop after default?
switch(num) {
    case 1:
    case 2:
    case 3:
    case 4:
    case 5:
        Console.WriteLine("You have entered {0}", num);
        Console.WriteLine("You have not entered a number between 1 and 10");
        //break; This part is commented
    case 6:
