PHP while loop for HTML Generation: Should I Check Array values at each While Loop Iteration or use Post-Loop String Pro

it should still fix some issue I'm working on a PHP-written html calendar that writes each day of the month inside a while loop. , Here's another solution:
$day = 1;
$strings = array();
while($day < 31) {
    if (array_key_exists($day, $array)) {
        $strings[$day] = $array['$day'] . " spots available";
    } else {
        $strings[$day] = "No spots available for this date";
    $day += 1;
foreach ($strings as $day => $string) {
    echo '<td title="' . $string . '">' . $day . '</td>';

      result = data.frame(x,y,z)
    } else {

for (int i = 0; i < a.Length; i++) // or i < n if you want
    print i;
    int z = a[i]; // this line will get value from a one by one, 0, 1, 2, 3 and so on...
int n = 2;
int[] a = new int[n];
string input = null;

for (int i = 0; i < a.Length; i++) // or i < n if you want
    print i;
    input = Console.ReadLine();
    try {
        a[i] = int.Parse(input);
            "You have inputted {0} for the {1} element",
            input, i

like below fixes the issue I have two lists........... , You can try this:
a = [["My inner first"], ["My inner second", "My inner third"]]
b = [["technical"], ["little messy", "something"]]

for i in range(len(a)):
    for j in range(len(a[i])):
        print(a[i][j], b[i][j])

How read in values from a column and use these values in an If statement inside a loop

wish of those help My goal is to make a code that takes in the percent error from sheet 1 (column F) and then if the percent error if below 0.5% it takes the values from columns A:D that correspond with column f (for example if F6 had a percent error below 0.5% the program would copy A6:D6) and copies the cells and pastes them into sheet 2. Then this program needs to loop through all the values in column f and repeat this process.
If sht1.Range("F" & ii < 0.5) Then
If sht1.Range("F" & ii) < 0.5 Then
