Keeping a bash script running along the program it has started, and sending the program input

fixed the issue. Will look into that further If you want to run the process alongside the script, you need to run it in the background:
command &
pid=$!
command <<EOF
input
more input
even more input
var=$HOME
EOF
tmp=$(mktemp)
cat > "$tmp" <<EOF
input
more input
even more input
var=$HOME
EOF
command < "$tmp" &
pid=$!

Is there a Bash wrapper (program/script) that enables a more succinct input when I want multiple outputs in one Bash cal

Hope that helps I'm currently creating monstrosities like the following: , A function like the following would give you that ability :
function intersect() {
    delim=$1
    shift
    for f; do cat "$f"; echo "$delim"; done
}
intersect '==============' <(ll /home) <(getent passwd) <(ll /opt/tomcat/) <(ll /etc/sudoers.d/)

When program uses Command to open Bash to run a script, Bash closes immediately without running the script

help you fix your problem Check if that program would still open/close a Windows when executed from the CMD with:
bash -c '/v/path/to/bash/script'
set PATH=V:\Emulation\
set GIT_HOME=V:\Emulation\Git
set PATH=%GIT_HOME%;%GIT_HOME%\bin;%GIT_HOME%\usr\bin;%GIT_HOME%\mingw64\bin;%PATH
cd V:/Emulation/.emulationstation/roms/snes/
bash -c './gamelaunch.sh "./(1990) F-Zero.sfc"'

Bash, ... check if a program is installed or not, using bash script

help you fix your problem The fact that 'main.o'$'\r' appears in your output is very telling. It suggests that there is an extra carriage return character in your script at the end of the line rm main.o. That character is invisible to you, but not to bash, so even though it looks to you as if you wrote a command to remove the file main.o, bash sees a command to remove the file main.o\r (where \r stands for the invisible carriage return character), and of course there is no file by that name.
If there are carriage returns at the end of your other lines, that would probably also explain the other error messages you're seeing. For example, ’; did you mean ‘-fPIC’? probably comes from GCC trying to display a message something like this
invalid option ‘-fPIC\r’; did you mean ‘-fPIC’?
